For a low level f2p team up til even at level 70s I went with

Talents: 3 2 3 2 2

Which had a 8 chase combo on knock down and repulse. It offered Chaos and Acupuncture and did decently in my server cluster awhile back could still do pretty good as long as you have initiative.
Of course this was Pre-Edo Tensei treasure but in the 60s I'd imagine it'd be great to use at that level.
