Was wondering if it is best to go for Susanoo Itachi now in the Konoha Great Tree event as I only need 14 more frags to get him. However seeing as Shinobi Feast might come around again as we haven't gotten it in a while, do you think I should go for the tree event now or wait? Also, if anyone has any idea as to how much each Itachi frag would cost roughly in the tree event it would be appreciated.

better buy seal scrol and try get him frags in treasure, in konoha rng is bad and u c*e 20k ingots and 0 frags.

Wait for another event to get him. It would be extremely expensive to get 14 frags through the tree.
