You probably meant Taiwan or China since the HK servers is the same as London/NY/LA servers, which all 4 is operated by Oasis under as English servers. No one knows expect for Oasis when they be coming. Either wait for a wednesday to be in the updates post or a special post they sometimes make where they talk about upcoming updates. What you could do is look at the German server since they do get some updates before we do but lately, we both get updates at the same time.
