so I just notice I haven't been getting any convoy license recently, like I try to do A convoy and S convoy but no I haven't gotten any for a week now. did they remove it? or lower the chance of getting? coz at the start of new convoy sytem I get much as one everyday or one every other day. can anyone experience this changes? or me and some of my groupmates are just unlucky. thx for answering.
