No, 7-day seal scrolls dont count. You need to have exactly 300 ss.

Recruitment isnt a 7-day seal, so the scrolls he will get on Recruitment can be used to the 300 feedback.

Hi! With this Recruitment Feedback event, all you need is 264 scrolls to earn the full rebate.

10 Seals = 1 Seal Rebate

50 Seals = 5 Seals Rebate

100 Seals = 10 Seals Rebate

200 Seals = 20 Seals Rebate

Therefore, using 200 seals, gives you a rebate of 36 Seals scrolls (permanent). 36 + 264 = 300 seals scrolls which earns you the next tier of 30 Seals Rebate

Therefore, using 264 Seals can earn you a rebate of 66 Seals Scrolls.

To be perfectly clear, this works in recruitment FEEDBACK.

It does NOT work in recruitment REBATE, where the reward is "fake" 7 day scrolls.
