What she's doing is still correct.

what are you talking about? Her skill reads "Use 1 Technique Point to use this skill. Causes Lightning attribute damage and Immobile to the selected opponent's units and to all the opponent's units suffering from Paralysis. Moreover, the selected opponent's unit will suffer from Knockdown". No where here does it says that she attacks up to 3 targets, therefore it is not correct.

Breaker is indeed right it does say that it causes immobile to all units suffering from paralysis when its supose to be saying 3 units. So this should indeed be fixed here's a screenshot off the mystery also.
