Refining rebate gives items while limited refinement gives wishing credits......

  • So we can officially say that the Refine rebate got moved from week 1 to week 2/3?

It's too early to say this since the holiday events messed up the order. They probably added the refine rebate since people were complaining about it not showing up in it's typical order.
