yeah but i keep seeing gnw metas lately and kinda think that five kage treasure ninja dont work now.

I'd say danzo mei and darui are still worth getting but other then most of the other ninja are kinda meh.

I wouldn't pull from Five Kage, most of the Rares are shifting out of the meta and the Sasuke[Sussano'o] and Ay[Fourth Raikage] are not worth going for in comparison to Naruto[Kurma Cloak] and Madara[Founder of Konoha]. The only thing is when Ay[Fourth Raikage] gets his skillbooks/skillbreaks he does become end game ninja as seen in China.

It really depends on far ahead you are planning. If you have a bunch of money to throw at the game why not use in some in Five Kage. But if you want to invest wisely for the next year plus don't worry about Five Kage. I'd also like to point out that The Monthly Arena Rewards will change over to Kage Summit Ninja Rares so you will be able to piece them together from that if you haven't already pulled some from free pulls alone by that time.

I'd say yes, just for some barrier ninjas as they can still be useful. Sadly GNW Ninjas mostly work best with LM.

Yes if you want those ninjas they are still worth it . They have skill books / breaththroughs coming to bring them back into the spot light. Stop caring about the meta. Unless you are super reach the meta should not matter to you. And since you are asking this question its obvious you don't have enough money or want to to keep up with a shifting meta constantly. Look at the ninjas see what characters you want and go after them. If you waste your seal scrolls on the meta today for ninjas you don't really like you will be sad when the meta shifts.

If you are worrying about the real future you wouldnt worry about the GNW treasure either.

Gaara still pretty good to go for if you got Shisui

That's why I don't plan on pulling in Great Ninja War Treasure :)

It's all about how long the meta will stay with that treasure how soon you can get the ninjas from that treasure.

If you don't have enough scrolls to pull the ninja you are after when the New Treasure comes out and you wait for 3-6 months, you have lost 3-6 months of meta ninja time. You are best off saving your seals till you have a bank of them saved up and upon release of that treasure and a new shift in the meta use those saved Seal Scrolls so your new ninjas will be useful for longer.

For people who can't afford to change to every meta shift, you need to plan ahead like this or you are constantly trying to get ninja that have been out so long they are about to be replaced with something better.

I would also like to point out Five Kage Treasure has been out for over a year.

Team with roshi bee and kurama naruto is still used in china, so I guess that falls into 'meta viable' category. With a year of saving scrolls for super rare you should still have plenty of time to enjoy mentioned team.

I'd say they're still worth to pull.

That depends on what treasure you'd like to get your super rare first.

Kage still give your team massive buffs, right team can still match and over come GNW box (rares vs rares). I am still using Kage for arena.

Bee Thug is still worth to get, make a team with Kurama and Roshi. You can make a strong team there.

I'm the type of players, those who try to finish 1 treasure (as if finally hit 1 super rare), then move on to next one.

And for those Red Ninjas ie itachi and Hashi. not in my league, XDD

In my point of view, Kurama is better overall in terms of kit and build.

I've been playing this game for around a year.

It's not very often to meet Super Rare(s). Unless you've spent some $$$ to get them early.

Those regular players like myself who's not spending. It would take many months to complete my Kage.

I already have my Sasuke, and I am hoping to get Kurama and team them up because Sasuke chases Kurama pretty nice.

Or Madara, either one is fine with me. They both do well with my Sasuke.

And then place a barrier ninja to buff them both. I wanted Shisui so he could buff both, but I dont have him. I was hesitated to spend my limited coupons. XDD

I don't know who else would buff Lightning and Wind other than SB Danzo. This is why Kage is still worth to pull.

There aren't many ninjas who can remove buffs ie. Han remove whole field buffs.

Therefore playing a team with buffs still have better chance than no buffs.

I feel like madara was underrated in this game. He only has ignition and super armor(taijutsu immune) plus extra medium attack(if another uchiha in lineup). It might be

good if he has immobile or chaos in his chase or scaling passive.

He is gonna receive a SB probably. Consider that atm Tobirama hokage (the one we have, not the edo version) now is gonna change the meta, since his mystery removes 5 kage Madara and kimono Konan's chance to dodge chases.

That's what i like of CN servers, there are so many ninjas that can fit in the meta instead of just 1-2 teams.
