Note: I did not see the first paragraph so you can ignore what I said and I'll leave it for those who might read it and might apply to them

If you haven't already, you could level freeze or at least slow down your level and focus on increasing your power. However, if you're at like lvl 90+ at below 55k and in terms of being competitive, you have no luck.

Since you made several mistakes while playing on this account, you could start new on a new server where you start brand new and begin knowing what and what not to do such as don't want to spend a lot on RNG events because you get peer pressured because someone spent little on those events, level freeze as soon as possible and work on increasing power, spending and saving seal scrolls on treasures you need the most, etc.

Advice after reading:

Like what InjunJoe said, at a certain point, you need to get at least event ninjas rather than power as spending on power will have diminishing returns since it gets harder to level. Get free frags such from events like Missions General (You could have got 10-11 free frags of minato jonin this week), lucky dice, limited recruitment, etc. Depending on what your server number, your power and level, there should be enough players where you can target and avoid fighting the stronger players. Don't be mad that there is someone that has more power but has lower level than you since there should be a lot more players that are weaker than you in terms of power and/or bad lineup.
