Glad I saw this thread. I had no idea that purple/orange runes couldn't swallow red runes. Also, my server is about 7 months old and I just got my second quick rune about 3 weeks ago only spending coins. At level 10 it gives 186 initiative and costs 4200 to get to lvl 11.... 186 initiative isn't game breaking... Just learn from your mistakes and move on. When I first got the purple ninja tool secondary stat things from ultimate training, I had no idea how to add them to my ninja tools. I tried adding 1 to my tool by using the strengthen feature and lost it forever lol.
