hes just a rare but there are many rares in the treasure so it could take 40-200+ its might be even cheaper to just buy him when the next Sage treasure event comes around

You can get him with at least 60-70 scrolls, but he might not be your first rare. You get a rare every 60-70 pulls. It does take some time, but you can get him from just free pulls. I got sage naruto (from free draws) around 4 months after i started playing in my server.

There is only 4 rares in that treasure so there isn't many.

@OP roughly every 60 pulls in that treasure is a rare. Could be your 60th or could be your 180th.
