yeah it's possible. idk if this is right but:
- there are 6 attributes (slots) for each ninja tool
- you c*e up to 10 ninja tools
- +2 is the most for the element resistance (+4 for the older ones)
if its possible to have element resistance in each slot for all ninja tools:
2 x 6 = 12 (max for a ninja tool)
12 x 10 = 120 (max - all ninja tools combined)
- 5 types of resistance (wind, fire, water, earth, lightning)
120 / 5 = 24
i guess it would be +20 for each element resistance except for the one the ninja is weak against (-20) which would make it +4 with the added attributes.
example: water type ninja
20% wind resistance
20% fire resistance
20% water resistance
4% earth resistance
20% lightning resistance
p.s This is probably wrong but im just guessing that it might be something like this.
You can't have the same stat twice on a tool. Ergo you can only have one of each resistance on each, occupying 5 of the 6 slots, so that works out to +20 all with 0 on weakness on post-nerf tools and +40 all and +20 on weakness on pre-nerf tools.
What in god's name 10k Int?
did you know lv 11 cave rune give +490 each? Did you know that's not the top level and, by my estimate, lv 12 would be around 650?
Take 5 of those lv 12s, which would be 3250, then apply a say +150% boost from charms (which I guess is where lv 9 is around to be), we have 9750.
Lv 10 refine gives 665 each, with say a 90% purify, that's 1260 each. 5 of those will give you 6300.
And then add clothing etc, we are looking at up to 16-17k init possible.
10k is just a portion of that, money can buy lots of things.
I won't be surprised if that 300k power player in S99 have like 18k init, because what I'm describing is probably not the max
