My previous thread was closed from a different moderator than the one who posted after I replied back in the thread due to "Reason: resolved / no response"
My issue hasn't been resolved, and I responded back in the original thread. So I wasn't really sure why my thread was closed for the reasons listed above.
I haven't been communicated with about my Wild West Outfit or lack-thereof, and wasn't sure whom to ask.

I owned the Wild West Outfit, and now in-game it says i don't have the outfit and I have 0 fragments of it.
Can someone check what happened on my account to see why I lost it and all the coupons I used? Hopefully, it's not a bug and I actually never had the Wild West Outfit, but can someone at least check.

I have cleared my cache on the client's end, and have tried playing on different computers/not use the mini client, but no luck :(.

Me too. I did, no response unfortunately.
Hopefully I just didn't remember buying the outfit....I'm pretty doubtful that is the case since it was my favorite outfit to wear. lol
If someone could check if my account even had the outfit purchased, that would be helpful. Or at least tell me who to ask for that.
