You wanna create an easy f2p lineup with minato?whatever main, iruka, minato and shikaku. Double immobile in the chase, +40 chakra from shikaku's passive, shields and empowers from iruka. Is shikaku a f2p ninja? Since he is in the shop, i would say yes.
