Seriously this is so annoying that i cannot even cast any mystery at the end of round(water main heal too) because my game isnt properly synced with game server and because of this i lost many games in arena/swb and one example of this would be edo deidata( when u get chakra at the end of the round you cannot cast his mystery and it will automatically will cast in the nex round).

Actually we do have bug delay skill + inactive skills when you have chakra since 1.0. it often happens when someone waits a few seconds before the round ends n when u wants to use it instead is active in the next round.
The primary cause of the problem is actually chase. Assuming optimal internet and hardware(for flash rendering), there would be otherwise no delay. However, the server does not wait an appropriate amount of time for chase chain to resolve, instead considering it as almost instantaneous. This means that once a chase happens, players will fall behind the server state resulting in all sort of problems.
So no, it's not necessarily the player's problem (thou it CAN be, bad internet certainly doesn't help). There is, without a doubt, a server/game side problem.

Our developers are aware of latency issues and are working for a better gaming experience.

My friend wrote about this problem month ago and got answer that they will fix it. Atm problem is still here, a lot of fights are lost cause of this bug and you can't still say when it will be solved.
if this bug still exists in china then this isnt going to be fixed anytime soon..
