And that monstrousity could be easily countered by an Han or a masked man, since it's just a buff. Oh, wait there are many more, like kakashi beheading, shisui, anbu itachi, mifune and so on.

There are a dozen of ninjas that can counter buffs (now, even more later) and this way you could give even more sense to them, since i.e. Han atm is probably the worst super rare around, even worse than sasori 100 puppets...
