so the cooldown has always been 3 rounds? cause afaik i was really happy about being able to perma control people

i got him when he came out, it was 3 back then as well, u guys have just lost ur minds thats all. tho u can have it reset thru lightning main or wind main which lets u spam it more

Ehm, wasn't a bit too strong if was 2 rounds only?

Is not an ultrap2w ninja. Actually is a ninja also f2p can get relatively easily.
