• For "Fukurokumaru's Deals", new servers (under 14 days) can't participate, same with "Total Recharge Rebate".

  For "Wheel of Fortune", you need to be at least level25 to participate in this event. Level 45 for "Time Limited Shop", level 30 for "Missions General Mobilization", level48 for "Cave Exploration Rebate", and level50 for "Summon Rebates". It's all in the event thread.
