Depends on what event he is in and how lucky you are. I got him for 200 coupons in November when he was in lucky stars.

Will mods start putting what items are redeemable in what events. That's not to much to ask is it? Its not like I'm asking to finish putting in things that were supposed to be in 2.0 and 3.0

I just wanted to clear up the confusion about Refine rebate. We recently had one. Most of you are probably aware of this already, but there was Rebate rebate in special Christmas event we recently had. It's true that it was different kind of rebate but it is still considered as rebate. We can't put another Refine rebate so soon.

I hope this clears the confusion.

it seems Anbu cloth is going to be a common appearance in Lucky Board events. those happen at the start of the month or last week of the month every month.

I got 26 Anbu Cloths from this Lucky Board event we just had and I only had 1000 Coupons saved up so its definitely worth waiting for lucky board Anbu cloth.

Yes but is what is always there at this time of the month. I consider them the routine so it's actually nothing more than the usual event of this week of the month for f2p/low casher, lets rephrase it that way if you prefer.

What i was pointing out is that they are delaying f2p/low cashing FEATURES, not events, for no understandable reason.

Where is the dango only mood system or, in his place, the mood scrolls back in group wheel if we continue to keep the mood scroll system? where are the 30 missing skill breaktroughs we should have had so far? Where is Kage TI? Where are the last step of Ultimate Training? When will they add advanced threads in SA? (and i'm talking about actual 3.0 features in the largest part, things that should have been implemented more than 3-4 months ago).

These are the features we miss currently.

Events are a thing, features are another thing.
