S.H.I.E.L.D. that info is readily available to anyone on the same server, and I doubt posting a single ninja's stats is going to hamper them in sage/space-time.

It's possible they recently changed ninja in their lineup which would move gear around and they didn't have their high init gear on their first position ninja at the time when you checked Rinkichi. If that isn't the case and their first position is getting their basic attack off before yours then something isn't adding up. If you're referring to mystery then it could be lag as suggested.
