First of all did you ask those players for their info to be put on the forums? If not that's not good at all..i heard even players were complaining about their initiative be shown to their server counterparts not to mention the whole forum....about initiative try Auto doing first because if that works than u lag in this game a lot which happens a lot and the computer takes ur mystery like 5-10 sec after his so he or she will go first....i dont think is ok for posting info from other players here...
