I've been finding out lately that for some reason a few of my group mates can out-speed my first position ninja who has 5634 initiative, while they only seem to have a maximum of 5200-5400, any particular reason for this, is there a hidden initiative that I don't know about.

For example here are 2 people from my group that seem to out-speed me for no reason at all

Meanwhile here are my stats

They out-speed me in gnw, duels, survival trial etc. If someone could get back to me on this that'd be great.

EDIT : Yes they beat me with basic attacks and while I'm on auto, yes I'm a p2p ninja collector, if you think 5.6k initiative is bad for a character whose lifespan is about 8 months, so be it.
