Well as everyone said, pulls never reset unless a treasure is split but that has nothing to do with a server merge and seals wont ever diappear, that being said if you want a super rare from GNW you should do 3 times full scroll rebate wich is 300+66(or 50 if you do the rebate that gives the 7day scrolls but the other one is better) and it should in theory be enough for a super rare
