Omoi, Samui, Ay(third), Earth?

I can defeat it sometimes but only if I overpower them but when we are of relative strength, I don't know what I' am supposed to do; Who to target and how to time the mysteries. Any help?

Thanks for all the replies guys. I now have a general idea on what to do. I've been running with Kushimaru, wind, Minato(hokage) and Onoki for a while. I guess I'll replace Onoki with someone. I think full break Kurenai perhaps? I don't have Roshi or Han so I can't run an AF team.
