Think of it this way...
Any type of purchase can be made with Coupons/Ingots....you c*e a combination or either.
You could use like... 1 coupon and 2 ingots...or 3 ingots.
If it says coupons always assume you c*e ingots.

Unless it says ingots only...then you can't use coupons.
