it works like that bc you have to max out that rank or else you will get the previous rank reward so you have to try your best to get full shurikens to get kage rewards every month

It's fixed so that only the top spenders get rewards and free seal scrolls, just ignore it altogether the chances of you making sennin is next to ZERO unless you are running top 1000 initiative don't bother. They can actually do the ethical thing give everyone the rewards for their respective rank but when have you ever seen an ''Ethical'' company in this line.

You only need to reach six paths once to start getting the improved rewards (which I think is silly, but whatever). It's not so much that top spenders have an advantage, its the older servers that have been around longer, and some of which (including mine) were able to reach six paths under the old arena system where it was slightly easier.

Guys, before complaining, please read the arena rules. Make it a habit to read and understand each and every rule in a game. The arena said, "Reach six path sennin once". I personally also dont like how this system works, but it is not made just for p2w imo. It is made so that you spend more time in the game, which I dont have. But I agree that basic f2p ninjas have almost 0%chance on winning in arena. Maybe Im one of the lucky f2p guys who got Shisui because he is very good in arena and helped me reach 6 paths in no time. Just play wise, save your coupons if you are f2p like me, and spend it on events where you can get better ninjas for arena.
