For what it's worth... mmm. I got him in the spinning event, his chase is good but hard to proc (even if after fuguki's arrival is much easier to get 30 combos), his mystery does quite a good amount of damage even if to only 4 targets. The problem i found with him is linked to his experimental passive, due to bad RNG it was wasted too many times for my likes.
