Are you saying that translation errors are not easy to fix? I mean, if the skill says it is supposed to do something and you're working for that ninja and are excited for it, then you find out it is not playing the same way it is stated, that seems like a big deal.

It would be like healers that are supposed to clear all debuffs when healing but instead on clear one. Kinda makes a difference in the effectiveness of a healer.
