I would wait for recharge 30k events that gives tsunade 5th hokage and ay etc. Usually there is some other spending event as well like for example a few weeks back there was an event cycle in which you would have gotten ay edo deidara and you would still have 19k ingots left. I would suggest waiting for something like that.
