ultimate is the same as elite, just with higher chances to get better rewards + chances to get fragments from kage treasure.

  • You are able to obtain Kage Treasure fragments from all Difficulties, including Normal.

ah ok, then my bad, i just got them only from ultimate difficulty.

Then ultimate owns just an higher chance to get more of them.
