Its not a bug. That ranking is for ranked battle. Second one you showed is power ranking. On first day you were within top 10 in ranked battle and you got rewards. Later someone beat you and pushed you back to 14. You need to be in top 10 of ranked battle at 21:00 for you to get rewards.
