Oh my, such outdated topic.. You shouldn't use Saske with Anbu Itachi. Saske have 2x standard from BT, and it doesn't stack with other effects. Anbu Itachi is only for Shisui lineup. Some uses with 5K Madara or Founder of Konoha, but that's just silly, why would anyone support position2 and other support ninja. No matter in which other lineup you will place Itachi, he will just disappear and be useless.
Better run Lighting main position1 and support him, with likes Iruka, GNW Hinata, Saske for combos, and so on...
