Pakura is wasted in that team, an extra standard attack for Nagato is hardly worth a whole slot unless you don't have immobile or chaos in your talent set otherwise I think pakura is best used with a fire main and 2 wind ninjas and pakura to fully utilize her passive because her mystery is locked until round 3.
It's not an extra standard attack. It's also extra turn to get his mastery off if it's missed when he's in slot 2 cause of not enough chakra, or timing was wrong.
