Rebate where you draw from specified treasure gives permament seals and more seals overall (66 in total). Current one gives less seals and they have 7day duration, so the first mentioned rebate is better.

010 seal scrolls = 01 seal scroll (7 days)

050 seal scrolls = 03 seal scrolls (7 days)

100 seal scrolls = 07 seal scrolls (7 days)

150 seal scrolls = 10 seal scrolls (7 days)

200 seal scrolls = 13 seal scrolls (7 days)

300 seal scrolls = 20 seal scrolls (7 days)

54 seal scrolls total.

Recruitment Feedback

010 seal scrolls = 01 seal scroll

050 seal scrolls = 05 seal scrolls

100 seal scrolls = 10 seal scrolls

200 seal scrolls = 20 seal scrolls

300 seal scrolls = 30 seal scrolls

Limited recuritment is useful when you are targettin newer treasures or sage treasure. If you want to put in gnw treasure its the only rebate available now.

Recruitment feedback gives more seals but limted to 3 treasures. Newer treasures take around 1-2 months to be added in recruitment feedback.
