Its called positive reinforcement. If all you ever do is s**t on somebody even when they are doing the right thing how compelled do you think they will be to continue doing so?

When they do something right they should receive credit for doing so. Have they done crappy things in the past? Yes, they have. Do they always make the decision that is in the best interest of the players? No, they don't.

The forum has bred this toxic attitude, a lot of the vitriol is deserved however its not going to help the situation. If you want us as the players to be taken seriously we need to consistently have a more constructive attitude. Its possible to have our voices heard without all of the toxicity.
