Could somebody explain to me how exactly the "Limitied recrutment" works? I am not sure I understand it correctly.

So, let's say: in the time from 28th December to 4th January, I use 50 seal scrolls in recruitment. Would this mean I would get 150 seal scrolls back, 5th January? Or would it mean that I get 3 scrolls?

Let's say you spend 50 seal scrolls, the event will give you 1 seal scroll that will last until next wednesday (January 3). The more times you spend your seal scolls to hit the limits, you will receive temporary seal scrolls of more quantity depending on how much you have spent. You have to claim them in the event as you won't get them automatically.

As stated by others already, limited recruitment covers all treasures while recruitment feedback will cover a certain amount of treasures and won't have the newest treasure for about 1-2 months after their release. Recruitment Feedback is different as it will provide seal scrolls that are permanent. And if you want to want to know when Recruitment Feedback might show up in events again, it could be next week or two weeks from now since the holiday events last week messed up the event cycle.

You do realize there is just as many people who don't have Anbu Clothing if not more than people who do?

Also the Konoha Tree event is really garbage for F2P and is not optimal as it requires you to spend a crap ton for better rewards.

While Lucky Board is just a better event to grab it from.

i have a question, shikaku came in the survival shop on the second refresh of the day and when i went to get some frags and force refresh he just left from the shop. can anyone answer why that happened?

Is anyone having an issue with Shikaku disappearing from the Survival shop? I managed to buy him once and then when the shop reset he wasn't there anymore. Across all my accounts. Others in my group have noticed this as well. Doesn't seem to have effected the Arena shop though.

Happened to me today i bought him and i was about to spam him to 3* and he just vanished after i refreshed the shop.

i still miss it, for example...

why there is no additional events for new year? at least you should add a recharge event.some of my friend wanted to recharge ,but there is no rebate for it.
