These symbols in his name prevent you guys from sending message to him.

I don't know details about why symbols do this, but this what happens.

even at my server, someone have tried to recharge ingots as I recall with his name which have symbols, and it didn't work ((Note: I said as I recall ... I can't remember is this what happened or not))!!

Look, I have experienced some symbols that work and you can send PM to the player who have these symbols ... like (Fire symbol ... Wave water symbol).

I don't know either why some symbols work and the other doesn't work!

And you will see these symbols colored in google chrome and just white in Mozilla !!

SOLUTION: Ask your friend to change his name.

Best advice is honestly to ask them to change their name.

I've suggested to our staff to improve the special character system.

But for now, it's best to change their name.
