Pretty sure if you're using the client you can just refresh the client itself and it retreats you from the battle, giving your opponent the victory. I've had people bail the instant they see I have Iruka, or rather they just fought me 5 minutes ago. I prefer this obviously as the pace of arena gets really dull when farming for Sage
