For the myoboku scrolls, kinda worth

how do you know what is going to happen tomorrow? we know that we will have refine but how? and what do we get if we recharge tomorrow for rewards of that page?

If you don't have enough for refine rebate's max reward, then it seems fair to do the welfare's refine mission.
In fact, the rewards there are quite more valuable than refine rebate's, except you don't get any free wish credits (which is good if you have 500+ refine runes).

yeahh i messed up an leveled one of my armors with 10 refinments i didnt think it owuld level but it did now i am missing the wish credits :( not worth at all

How is that "messed up"? You were lucky, you should be thankful coz you would've had to use way more than 10.
It's all RNG. Are you sure you'd still succeed with only 10 refines during the rebate event? Highly doubt it.
Sometimes it's better to look at the things we have and be grateful for it than wasting time worrying about the things we don't have.

Hi there! I wanna know this one too, I already used 50 of my Advance Refine to get the 10 to 50 refine times in 7 Days of Welfare Event .. I still have my Medium Refines and was thinking to use it too but, i'm also thinking that, the Cave Keys in the Refine Rebate is much better than the prizes in the welfare event .. -_-

I'm planning a lvl 10 refines. So, i've used 200 now and i'll use other 500+ with the other rebate.

But since it's a lvl 10, i won't get any wish points, so the other rebate is useless to me.

... if you level up not during the rebate its gone and you wasted the wish credits how can you not say that

you also get ginger bread which = seal scrolls if that matters to you :O
