Maybe you forgot to claim it in the past days. Because when you claim it or not, the cat icon will show up like that, with "finished" tag so it can make you confused whether you really claimed it or not.. and that's the problem and makes others think that it is a bug.. like what you see in the "Claim additional Jonin Medal toys" if you dont have the medal, you cannot get it but still, it shows "finished" as if you did claimed it ..

im 100% sure i claimed for all days since i was logged on for couple hours on the day and i checked the event like 3/4 times and remember claiming it

You are missing 15 frags. So this means you have forgotten to redeem rewards yesterday or 2 days ago.

Try to send a ticket to CS, maybe they will help you... or maybe not.

i didn't miss it since i remember claiming them :P more people on my server also got this problem

no he hasnt, im from the same server, i have claimed every day the 30min prize, and im 65/80 aswell.

Same issue here. 100% sure I claimed it everyday, yet still missing 10 frags somehow. Sent a ticket to CS, hope they can help but it'll probably take time for them to reply with the holidays and all.
