Maybe you forgot to claim it in the past days. Because when you claim it or not, the cat icon will show up like that, with "finished" tag so it can make you confused whether you really claimed it or not.. and that's the problem and makes others think that it is a bug.. like what you see in the "Claim additional Jonin Medal toys" if you dont have the medal, you cannot get it but still, it shows "finished" as if you did claimed it ..

Ohno, then there's a problem :| .. I don't really know about that problem, maybe that's a bug .. hope someone shed some light here :| ..
