Bro, much better if you start spending your Survival Trial points on buying some ninja fragments, then Refine Fragments it, and have some seal scrolls .. But if you really want to continue saving up the points/coins you have, then my advice to you is to get a screenshot of your coins everyday, make sure the date/time-stamp is visible so in case that your worries became real, then you have atleast a proof that you once have that number of coins before the changes happened.

But there is nothing to buy in the Ranked or survival shop

You can buy Kabuto frags everyday for example, if im not wrong you can buy 10 frags of him per day in the Survival Trial Shop, and other ninja fragments that you already 5star .. keep buying them everyday and go refine fragments is and claim some seal and summon scrolls .. the 3k refine points gives 10 iruka fragments and random drop of seal or summon scroll :D

yeah you can refine the extras but i would rather buy power items in the updated shop XD

I dun know screen shot matter to them i sent in a screen shot and the code they wanted once before because some of my ingots magicly went missing and they never even contacted me back :/ so i would like if some one actually knew the answer :P

Ohno, i don't know about that but i think it is much better if you take a screenshot of that incident and go straight filing a report at Customer Support by clicking the "?" b0tton in your upper right part of the screen when you're in the game, they can support and assist you better there with that kind of problems.
