I can send your feedback to devs about on and off option for this system. But I am telling you the truth. It will be more easier for them to improve current system.

Anyway, fix to this problem should be added to the game tomorrow or next week. IF and when we will get on and off option I can't tell.

i will admit a filter is a good idea just some logic behind it is flawed but thanks for dealing with all of this

Maybe you could tell the Development team to restrict this feature for just the World Chat for now, this may help with misbehavior there. And when it will be working properly, to the other parts of the game. If you're in a group you are pretty much fine with those "bad" words.

or only have the on/off in group chat and see were it gos from there

I really hope adding an on/off feature will be taken seriously. Most games use the censor feature this way and it leaves it completely to us wether we want to see certain words or not.

This will also get rid of complaints because its a choice, not something that is forced upon us against our will.

Also yes this game is naruto, that is why we should have the right to talk about tsunades twin peaks of hope, jiraiya peaking at baths and almost getting killed and plenty of stories like this. They appear in the anime, so why cant we chat about them?

Also sure its a naruto game, but its not like 100% of the people are roleplayers and want to be the next hokage. A lot of people chat with groupmates because they are a group of friends in real or because its just nice to meet people and have a community to hang around with.

Your basically saying "this game is about naruto so ninja talk only" . If that would be the case I could promise you the game would die within a week. From all the chats I have seen there is plenty of off topic chats going on.

Well, wouldn't saying swear words or inappropriate words be inmature? We can communicate without needing swear words. As long as they fix the bugs in between it, I'm fine with it. There has been a lot of abuse of inappropriate words on my server and it might be nice to not have people telling another person to shove a cu*ber up their v*****. Don't get me wrong, I like swear words and I love to swear, but it is not necessary to get your point across. Also sometimes it's fun to get more creative. Instead of saying "oh *" you can say "oh cheese" or "oh tenderloins". Censorship is of swear words is seriously not a big thing and, yeah, this can help target younger audiences. I don't know about you guys, but my parents were against exposing me to swear words and things for a "mature" audience. It took a little convincing for them to let me watch Naruto when I was 14, so I just want other younger audiences to be able to participate with their parent's permission.

All I am saying is that this place is not for some *ual content. It is fine if you want to talk about how *y Tsunade is or if you like some female ninja. But you know .. Cut Daiske some slack guys he is kinda caught between a rock and a hard place with this. I hate this filter thing as much as everyone else does but blasting on him isn't going to change what the higher ups have decided. Do I curse yes I do and alot actually cause that's just my language pattern. The off and on switch personally I think is the best option but you have to be realistic with this kinda thing. It's day 1 of the filter and it's not going to be perfect. They are working on making it to where you can have a conversation at least. So give this guy a break he don't call the shots he's just here to try and get what the community wants. No i'am not *ing up before people start that crap I just think it's pointless to blast on a guy that cant do anymore then you can. Remember the old saying don't shoot the messenger we'll he's the messenger and you shot him it makes getting what you want a whole hell of a lot harder.

see i agree with a filter for things like that but at the same time the group i am in joke around about adult things sometimes mostly oh these people should be dating but never to a point of disrecpeteing someone and we keep and good and move to discord when we have young ones on and i know this is not the same for all groups but at the same time a lot of people do use words like ahole as a joke or to a friend.
its also why i agree world chat/battle chat should have some filters but group chat is more of people becoming friends and stuff

also for some fixes for the filter can you make it so we can say but it or as soon as we can not say them with out the filter reading as butit or assoon and censors them

I am not interested in how someone did it with his or her partner either. But your censorship system will not differentiate between these talks and between talking about tsunades twin peaks of hopes, naruto his ero transformation, a few ninja reading ero books written by jiraiya and so on.

I am just saying censorship systems are flawed and the only way to do them properly is with an on/off *on so that people who are bothered by these things can turn it on.

Censorship in games should be used as a tool of choice, not to make a moderators job easier. I think I mentioned it atleast 3 times already, but if people want to curse or be toxic, they will work around the censorship. If you think the amount of reports you will get will decrease... its an illusion. If anything the amount of reports might increase because the people who avoid censorship will stand out more and people will play police for themselves and report everyone for the smallest bad words.

Sure it will increase the amount of bans you do in the game, but there will be just as many people coming in every day adding fuel to the fire to the point where you will need to hire more people just to be able to read all those reports. Or maybe everyone will get an automatic response, which just bad customer service.

Anyways this discussion can go on forever, I am pretty sure you get my point by now.

Worst filter ever. Need an option to turn off.

I have seen many games with this feature and let me tell you this.... People should not be forced to use this if they dont want to. a simple option to `` Enable filter on chat`` should be enough to make everyone Happy.

Most of the people that plays this game are 18+, do not treat them as kids.

I came here to post about this, glad that it concerns everyone. :D
So yeah, the best would be to make it optional, but please at least make it so it doesn't filter "tit" from "title" and so on... :D

As I said, techs are already working on fix. We gave them the list of words that should be banned.

Fix will be added to the game next week.
