Excuse me,i have recharge problem.I have paid but not receive any ingots.i think this is my 3rd /4th experience.I usually DM through facebook but i think they no longer read dm.I sent my report on customer service and my friend said to post here too.so i post here as well(this is my first time posting in forum.Lol.im sorry if i got into wrong section).i need my ingots tho i want to pull that lucky stars.hahaha.That would be my last recharge but this thing happened.what should i do now?
