It's getting tiring but I'll repeat it. If you go for certain events ONLY with the intention to hit jackpot, you are plain stopid. It's not Oasis' fault, not rng's fault but your own. In every rng event you need to check first redeemables- if there ACTUALLY IS anything that you want. Then the price. Surprisingly lucky wheels have good return value without jackpots, not as good as mission dealer or lucky board, but good anyway.

Personally used 5k coupons the first day - 250 draws- got 800stars, 2 frags, 29 summon scrolls, 6 seal scrolls, no jackpot. Scrolls alone are are worth nearly 2k. Since I'm not interested in sasuke, lets count 5k-2k=3k for 800 stars. Thats 114 sailor sakura frags, which translates into ~27cp/frag. Cheaper than any other event. Eventually used points to get shisui frags, which are reasonably priced for his worth.

About only low lvls/inactives getting the jackpots: false. Groupmate got shisui from free spin. Top5, active everyday during 9 months we played. 2 more people from top20 got him along the notification spam with other rewards. 2 random low lvls got him today. Personally there was maybe a week of activities I missed during 9months playing, got 5 different jackpots (wheels, boxes)- 1 with free spin, 2 from free boxes, 1 from box where i used a large ammount of coupons, 1 from wheel where i used many coupons.

I know the community loves whining about rng only because they don't get lucky but thats how this works. Lucky, not guaranteed reward. For gods sake start using math before you actually invest into something.
