Why cant sometimes plunder, although i havent plundered all day i still cant,any idea why?

Im in 19 in ranked.

TY, SO MUCH, didnt know that had 3 plunder/convoy in a day, Always had plunders in morning, but in evening no cus had done convoys xp.
