No that doesn't have to do with anything you can go and pull in the same day I know that cause on my friends server 7 or 8 people got him in the last 4 hours by spending around 3000 to 4000 coupons

in my server a lot of people try to get him and spend. but until now no one has it. so probably only some server can get him not all, just my observation though. or probably theres a limit per day. they are good with that hehe business thing. anyway congrats to all who got him. Most of people doing it that get the ninja are doing it very early in the morning or be the first ones doing it on their server once the server opens with the new events

Just a myth. there are players getting him all the time, as long as players are drawing there is the same rng chance.

It may be a myth but how do you explain the low number of reports of getting the ninja in RNG event in the middle of the week in comparison to the start/end of the week. I highly doubt people give up if people still try near the end and report.
