Will Shisui be in the lucky stars wheel?I've been saving for 4 days now so i have almost 1k coupons saved.I always get lucky in the lucky stars wheel.

Shisui's talents:

Mystery:Damage up to 7 enemy bodies and causes knockdown,chaos for 2 rounds,and cancel shields and buffs(i think buffs too)

Standard:Attack 2 units and causes repulse and ignition

Chases:Chase and attack the repulse and cause lowfloat and tag

Passive:Barrier:enhances attack and ninjutsu by 40% for lightning,wind,and fire units.

Passive:Dodges,triggered once per round(he dodges like minato and masked man)
