If its two bars...the second one(white one) is a shield, its a passive property of certain ninjas. Some ninjas give shields based on certain attribute(esp resistance) to certain ninjas like Konoha ninjas(iruka), lightning and water ninjas(mabui) etc. Earth main can build shields as a standard attack for 2 random ninjas. The green one is your HP.

Shields give additional protection and can take away reduction in HP from standard attacks and mysteries. Poison and ignition directly affect the green bar(HP).

Unfortunately, I don't have. But i encountered them on arena and timed-events and they always win because i cant even get to their normal hp :(

There are certain ninjas that are like that but what i encountered was all of the four ninjas have those white one even the main character. Sometimes they have two white one so they have total 3 health bars :(

It's possible for a ninja to produce shields that affect the whole team. Can you tell me the exact lineup of the team you encountered you claim to have three healthbars?

One for example is Gaara, he gives shield to the whole team but having two white bars, i think i never encountered that scenario, maybe after depleting the 1st white another 2nd white bar appears? if thats the case maybe he have some ninjas that can give shield like Gakido and Kurenai.

Clones can haave two white bars...say if you have normal naruto and iruka...that would be two white bars for naruto clones...but three green bars no idea

Right, I didn't even think about clones being considered two white health bars. However, I think if we can see a screenshot of that scenario, we wluld be able to better explain it XD Thanks you guys for trying to help, I really love being part of such a positive community.
