as far as i know, the more you win YOUR gnw, the more chances u get to be in top 8, below that are the 2nd places, and so on. Honestly im confused on why is only 8 and not the 16, it *s like that, cuz mostly only the winners can participate as far as i see.

do those even matter outside of normal gnw? i dont think it does, the only thing that matters is ur power and how many times you win your gnw to be able to achieve top 8, but should it be top 8 actually?

Let me rephrase my question.... is Cross GNW working as intended?
